The Princess-Cut Diamond block is 48” square; set on point, it is nearly 70” from tip to tip. The technique used is traditional piecing with freezer-paper templates.
Templates are ironed to the right side of the fabric. No confusing reverse piecing.
Templates easily lift off. No need to pull paper from the back of the quilt top.
More economical use of fabric than “flip-and-sew” paper-piecing methods.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Pattern includes instruction booklet, 1 set of freezer-paper templates, and 1 set of regular paper copies to make a single quilt.
Fabric requirements in 4 colorways featuring Painter’s Palette solids are listed on the back.
